Cucumber and Fennel Salad

Ingredients
- —½ cucumber
- —¼–½ fennel bulb, sliced very thin
- —A small pinch fennel fronds, chopped
- —Juice of ½ lime
- —A good pinch of sea salt
Directions
- 1.Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise, then slice thinly.
- 2.Slice the fennel very thin and roughly chop.
- 3.Place everything in a bowl with the fennel fronds.
- 4.Add the lime juice and salt.
- 5.Toss gently to combine. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
