Fruit & Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl

Fresh fruit with yogurt and crunchy peanut butter. A quick, simple bowl that works for breakfast or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ apple, chopped
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2–3 strawberries, sliced
  • 2–3 tablespoons yogurt (coconut, goat, or cow)
  • 1 rounded teaspoon crunchy peanut butter

Directions

  1. 1.Place the chopped apple, banana, and strawberries in a bowl.
  2. 2.Spoon the yogurt over the fruit.
  3. 3.Add the peanut butter.
