Warm Blueberries with Yogurt & Pumpkin Seeds

A simple bowl of gently warmed blueberries with creamy yogurt and crunchy pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
- —½–¾ cup frozen blueberries
- —2–3 tablespoons yogurt (coconut, goat, or cow)
- —3–4 drops vanilla stevia (optional)
- —Small handful pumpkin seeds
- —Optional: fresh berries
Directions
- 1.Place the blueberries in a bowl or mug.
- 2.Microwave briefly, about 30–60 seconds, just until slightly warmed.
- 3.Spoon the yogurt over the berries.
- 4.Add the vanilla stevia if using.
- 5.Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
- 6.Add a few fresh berries if you like.
Notes
The berries should be just warmed, not fully cooked.
I like it best with blackberries — it keeps everything rich and dark. Strawberries or raspberries are yummy too.
