Warm Blueberries with Yogurt & Pumpkin Seeds

A simple bowl of gently warmed blueberries with creamy yogurt and crunchy pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients

  • ½–¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2–3 tablespoons yogurt (coconut, goat, or cow)
  • 3–4 drops vanilla stevia (optional)
  • Small handful pumpkin seeds
  • Optional: fresh berries

Directions

  1. 1.Place the blueberries in a bowl or mug.
  2. 2.Microwave briefly, about 30–60 seconds, just until slightly warmed.
  3. 3.Spoon the yogurt over the berries.
  4. 4.Add the vanilla stevia if using.
  5. 5.Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
  6. 6.Add a few fresh berries if you like.

Notes

The berries should be just warmed, not fully cooked.

I like it best with blackberries — it keeps everything rich and dark. Strawberries or raspberries are yummy too.
